I am a licensed Realtor® in the State of Alabama since 2006, serving the Metro Birmingham market. We're everywhere you need us to be. Why social media? Real estate is a social business. Networking is how we get a chance to meet people and tell them what we do. It gives us an opportunity to reach out to others and build relationships borne out of mutual respect. My blog is designed to provide the most useful information to you the buyer and seller public. Posting such helpful information allows you to get to know us and hopefully feel comfortable enough to at least investigate the possibility of allowing me to represent your best interest in the purchase or sale of your home. If you've read several of my blog posts, decide that you'd like to read more, and then decide to subscribe to my blog, you'll actually be getting to know me in the process. When you decide to buy a home or sell the one you own, I hope that I'll be top of mind and feel that I'll give you options and serve you well. Unlike a lot of real estate companies and agents, I don't just stick your listing on my company's website. No not here. You're listing travels with me. Consider me the town crier. I'll be shouting your listing repeatedly across the World Wide Web and I want everyone to know you're here. I work a great deal with investors, first time home buyers and buyers looking for properties that have already been updated. In addition, we fill and ever increasing need for property management services.
I am a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist with complete training via Realtor University. I can help you navigator through the complicated short sale and foreclosure process. I work with a team of experts and advisors to help you work in conjunction with your lender. I am not an accountant or attorney and cannot give advice outside of our expertise, but I can point you in the right direction.
Nwver underestimate the power of networking, advanced technology such as text marketing, real estate magazines where realistically feasible, brochures, questionnaires and much more. During the term of the listing, I keep my finger on the pulse of the market including market shifts, new information to incorporate into my marketing plan to draw buyers. Comparative Market Analysis does not stop when I take the listing. I continually analyze the market to make sure listings stay fresh and on top of current conditions.
When buyers need and want most is information. They want information that will help them feel comfortable about their final decision to buy a house. Most importantly, buyers want to feel like they are working with an agent that they can trust. As an agent with an invested interest in every buyers relationship I take my responsibility very seriously. My aim is to understand the depth of the buyers experience and seek out what's really important to them. Once I've accomplished that, then I delve deeply into researching the market to uncover the home of their dreams.
